Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you.

I am writing to request you to extend my student visa as my visa is about to expire next June and I won! to study for further for short time I have been here for last two years and have completed my bachelor’s in Hotel management.

Because of no experience in my field, it would be hard for me to get a jobs, and that’s why I decided to do short terms courses for which is based on practicals rather than theory. These course will help me to get practical knowledge which will enhance my skills. I have applied for this field which required theree months of physical practice, but as my visa going to expire next month.

It is my humble request to you to grant me a visa for the next three months. If you need any information about me please, let me know.
