The energy I will speak about today is my personal experience. I had an incident two years ago when I went to the gym. I was doing my exercises regularly back then and suddenly I felt extreme pain in both of my knees. I thought first it was something normal like a minor issue that will fade away on its own. But after this turned out that the pain was increasing so this is why I stopped going to the gym and went to the doctor straight away. First we started by making some examination and it turned out that I have to go under surgery which was devastating for me because it meant only one thing. I have to stop going to the gym permanently. I can’t do any form of exercises anymore. That made me feel very sad and I still sad till this moment because there isn’t a final cure for this issue. Even though I did the surgery I don’t feel very well most of the days. I can only walk for about 15 minutes a day which limits my physical abilities and doesn’t make me do the activities that I like such as basketball or dancing. In the future I hope I can find a permanent solution maybe in another country if I traveled but at the moment I just have to make sure I don’t do heavy exercises.
