Overall, it is readily apparent that gamers are divided by 3 categories: age, gender, and types of games they prefer. In addition, most of the competitors are males, meanwhile members aged under 18 showed the largest proportion.
Looking at the age group first, it is clear that players aged under 18 demonstrate the highest percentage about 39 percent. Next in line were age levels between 18 and 36; they held in the second place with 38 percent, which is a bit lower compared to the previously mentioned level. However, gamers above 36 were at least, and represent only 23 percent. Then, looking at the gender of players, it is clear that males are almost 3 times higher than females and make up 72 percent of members, while females make up only 28 percent.
On the other hand, there is the last category, called the types of games they like. Action games are the most common among others, at around 43 percent. Followed by sports games with 20 percent. Nevertheless, role-playing games stood at 17 percent. The remaining games were under 10 percent; among them, education and racing were similarly at the same level and occupied 7 percent, while other games were only 6 percent.
