The presented diagram illustrates the percentages of time adults spent on different activities in country in 1958 and 2008.
At a first glance, it is clear that people in 2008 spent more time on traveling to work than in 1958. In addition, people in 2008 started pay less attention for their leisure time with family and friends than before. We can also see that people in the past paid more attention to sleeping than modern people.
Now, turning to the details the percentage of people who going out decreased by 13% in 2008. Adults’ time to sleeping fell from 32% to 25%. But the percentage of working noticeably increased by 7%. The quantity of people who relax at home rised by 5%. Furthermore, workers in 2008 spent more time to get to work by 6% compare with 1958. The persantage of time for other activities went up by 2%.
