In today’s world having years of work experience is thought more essential than knowledge in a lot of countries.From a worker perspective,I believe that just having knowledge is not enough for individuals to be successfull.This essay will discuss the benefits and drawbacks before concluding the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
On the one hand,there are some difficulties that just having experience without knowledge.Communities can do basic missions what their bosses give them,but they may need some help from their coworkers for the hard tasks,specially the tasks which require theorical knowledge ,and every time they get help from others,the job may be slow down.Indirectly this affects the company badly.According to 2021 survey by University of İstanbul,nearly 37% of the workers needed some help from society who have excellent theorical knowledge to get the job done.Therefore it can be said that experience can not always help people to solve their problems at jobs
On the other hand,there are some benefits of having knowledge about major.People who have knowledge can adapt their positions faster than others and work more efficient.Thus they may have less trouble at companies they work.Indirectly they effect their firms in a good way.According to 2024 survey by University of Tokyo nearly 48% of companies developed because of having an employees who have high theorical knowledge.
To summerize that having an experience provides people to do easy tasks.But unless they do not have any knowledge,they will always suffer because of their mistakes and need someone’s help.But having a high knowledge can make jobs easier for people,and they can always find solutions for their problems.
