Overall, it can be seen that there was an opposite significant trend that happened between people who rents and the home owners. Despite some fluctuation in some of the years, home owners face a downward trends, whereas renters are underwent an upward trends
In 2004, home owners started off strong with its peak at around 60% of population are housed before dropped gradually until 2014. Though there was an increased in 2007 with almost peaking the highest record, then it fell until it reached just above 40% in 2011. It remained constant between 2011 and 2012 before fell again until the lowest trend around 30% in 2014.
On the other hand, the renters had a significant gap of percentage in 2004 with home owners, reached only 20% from the start. Despite some fluctuation happened during 2005 until 2007, it rose significantly until it reached around 40% in 2011. In one year progress between 2011 and 2012, renters remaind stable before it increased dramatically until it reached a high of by the end of the year with around 50% of renters are housed.
