Proof of this last month, me and my twin sister were getting ready in our own bathroom. I sensed that smell, it was the exact same smell as my hairspray. I gently asked her if she did use it. She said yes without any hesitation that made me frustrated and I was being a little bit rude to her. And we started to argue. In addition to that, I offended her by saying something critical about her appearance. I said, you can fit my office because she threatened me with wearing my clothes. I said, you can’t fit them. I spent my whole school day trying to find a way to cope with her. Then an idea came to my mind. I asked her to go out for a coffee after school. And she said yes, this seems like a gentle way to cope with things. And while we were having our daily conversations in a subtle manner, I apologize because of the things I said in the morning. She wasn’t even seem to care. She was completely in the moment, in the present and she was not caring about the things I said in the morning so I realized I didn’t make something permanent in her and it released my anxiety and I promised myself to not ever say this kind of thing again because I love my sister so much and I would never say a bad thing to her.
