A group of people admiers schools where teaching metods such as encouraging stuedents to cooperate used. Others believe that students should be encouraged to compete at school. In my opinion this two tehcnics are both very vital in students education path, despite this, competition are more effective.

On one hand, cooperation is essential skill for young generation. It gerantees profitable teamwork, provides knowledge about communication in the group and can develop leadership skills. On the other hand, some teenagers can strugle with cooperation and the main reason for then could be luck of confidents to represent their ideas, In this case not everyone could be involved to task and some individuals could ended up to do all the job by themselfs. In my country a lot of children suffer from luck of independens, so they could not deal with task by themselfs moreover, it leads to unpleasent result in the future.

In contrast, encouraging students to compete makes everyone involved. Jellosy is a powerful tool to teacher that could motivate youth, everyone wants to be the best, it makes them feel significant. Also, this method creates toxic atmosphier in class and it is harder to make friends in this enviroment. Whats more, our community sometimes intertane children in unbelievebul unhealthy way, but in makes them more uduptive for adult life.

In conclusion, both methods have their advanteges and disadvanteges, altho in case of making kids to believe that copmpete is a good thing to do id quite toxic, but also the most effective way to teach them.
