This diagram illustrates the metal recycling process.
The main features to recycle cans are to collect your material, sort it out and recycle aluminium cans with using special machines.
The first step is to throw away the metal cans to the recycling bin. In some days vehicle collect your trash and drive it to the factory with cleaning, sorting, shredding and compressing equipment. This leads cans to be melted and heated in the machine. After the process is completed, the melted metal is rolled into sheets with a thickness of 2.5-6 mm. After being rolled into sheets, the aluminium is unrolled and fed into a machine. Circular pieces are cut out and pressed into a cylindrical shape to form cans. The edges are trimmed, the top is shaped, and the finished cans are then cleaned and prepared for filling.
Overall, the chart below shows the process by which aluminium cans are recycled.
