First of all, i want to describe about what the table show us. There is a little difference between 2017 and 2018 years for Local Taxes. They decreased for 11.1 ponds. There is not any important differences between two years.

The chart shows us how the money was spent. For 2018 year the salaries for officers and staff decreased for 6%. There is no difference for technology,what mean that they did not change the system of distribution for technology. But there the percent of money increased for buildings ad transport.
