I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on a short cookery course I recently completed at your school.
As far as my interest in cooking is concerned that I had a wish from childhood to be a chef. Although my mother has given me training at home, I took admission in cookery school. Throughout my experince I have learnt so many things about cookery. For instance; knowledge of ingredients, presentation, recipes of continental and sub continental dishes. Experts play pivotal role in our learning. Moreover, the environment was very friendly, supportive, full of knowledge, and facilities. In addition, the supportive and friendly environment made my experience more enjoyable.
Actually the school has more than twenty highly educated teachers who were enthusiastic to share their expertise and knowledge with learners in a friendly manner. I have learnt Chinese, Turkish and Pakistani tradition cuisines. I have tried all dishes at home and my family enjoyed delicious food. They impressed with my skills which shows how effective the course is. All participants became experts in cuisines. The time duration of course was only two months which was not ample to learn all. I would love to take another cookery course from the school. I would request you to arrange another three months cooking course on all cuisines.
