Dear Mr. luis

I hope this letter finds you well

my name is Rania an Algerian student and also a memeber of the international student’s club; i saw the ad about the event coming up and i hope i can be a part of it .

As you may know the algerian cousin is full of great, tasty dishes; therfore i was thinking about making one of our delicious traditional recepies, it’s called “chakhchoukha”.

wich is some sort of a thin bread made with wheat flour and then shreated into small peaces and served with gravey that is made with beef meet, checkpease and vegetebales mainly carrots and zuchinni.

this dish reflects the algerian traditional life style when people used to creat recepies that cope with the crops they have, so this shows the type of vegetables the algerian uses the most and may give a picture about the climat in that region, herefore this dish will fit perfectly to the event’s theme.
