Overall, what stands out is the Portugal with the highest proportion of spendings at the beggining, similarly in the end of the period Portugal was the dominant among other counties. Unlikely, UK showed the lowest trends throughout the period.
Turning to the USA, which had showen the relatively stable trends, in 1990 it was almost 15% which did not change noticeably till the end of the period. Another country, UK showed slight increase in 1990, but following next 5 years it changed, the percentage noticeably declined and by the ending of the period it did not change.
In terms of other two nations, the condition was the same. Portugal was the dominant by starting the period till the end, in 1990 the amount of spendings was 25%, however it had change a lot by the next years. By 2000 it declined dramatically to 15%. Meanwhile, Italy remained stable at the beggining of the period, but by the 2000 it down fall, and became almost 10%.
