Overall, Germany and Switzerland were the frontrunners in academic achievement for both genders. Conversely, Japan experienced the lowest percentage in academic engagement when it comes to both men and women.
To begin with, regarding men qualifications, Switzerland accounted for the highest percentage of academic qualifications with 45%, followed by Germany, Britain and the United States which were at the same level of 35%. Lastly, Japan’s males gained 30% of education degrees, making it the nation with the lowest academic engagement compared to the other four countries.
Turning to women degrees, it was Germany owning the highest percentage, 45%. In contrast, Switzerland observed an opposite pattern compared to Germany, where the female qualifications holders proportion was 35%. Moreover, the US was more educationally qualified than Britain, which were 40% and 30%, respectively. In this category, Japan still emerged as the lowest nation with only 25% of women engaged in higher education.
