The flow chart shows how cheese, cream and butter are produced and sale for retail.
Overall, the total of eight steps which can be organised into three main stages.These include milking,processing and finally packaging milk. and this is milk then sold to the supermarket and shops to client.
The process commerces when cows are grozed across the field in order to provide quality milk. Twice a day, cows are milked through milking machine. Freshly milked milk is storaged within refrigerator.After that, the milk tanker is deliveried fresh milk to the dairy factory every day.
After cooling, the milk is diveded into two equal parts. Half of it for processed into various daily products such as cheese,cream and butter. While the other half for pasteurization and later packaged in special boxes. Once packaging, the milk is ready for distribution to the supermarket and diverse shops for the purpose of sell to consumers.
