Overall, there are totally four steps for making milk and diary products, starting from milking from cows and ending with selling these products in supermarkets and shops.
As presented in the diagram, the first step is that milking machine works twice a day in order to attain milk from grazing cows. At the following stage, the milk is stored in refrigeration and then delivered to Dairy by milk tanker.
Upon completion of these steps, the dairy is prepared for manufacturing milk and diary products such as cheese, cream, and butter. During this phase, milk is pasteurized and packaged before being sent to retailers such as supermarkets and shops for sale.
