The given bar graph illustrates statistics regarding the rate of people who recycled their rubbish, in five countries, from 1992 to 2004.
Overall, UK had the highest percentage among other four countries during the period. While, Germany showed the lowest rate of residents who recycled their waste.
Looking at the details, UK citizens who recycled their litter, took the leading percentage with just over 25% in 1992 and there was a gradual increase to well over 30%. Japan showed just over 10 precents of people who recycled their produced waste in 1992, however, in 2004 the rate declined to near 8%.
Regarding the proportion of Singaporean people in 1993, well over 5% of them reprocessed their consumed products. Then there was a minor decrease to about 2% in 2004. Throughout the whole years period, residents who reutilized their garbage in Germany remained stable at 5%.
