To begin, sugar beets are unloaded from the delivery truck to the factory. After this, they are gone to clean, so dirt and rocks are removed from beets, in order to consume them subsequently. Next, they are washed in a beet washer. Then they are cut up into cosetters, which are mixed up with water. So that it is heated up, and sugar is extracted into water, which results in sugar juice. Later, we’ve seen that lime milk is added with the aim of cleaning. Following this, the resulting liquid is filtered into pure clean sugar juice. In addition, this juice is heated up again, therefore water is evaporated. Finally, it is spinned up in a centrifuge to crystallize.
