The process diagram demonstrates how sugar is produced from sugar beets. From collecting some betts and ending with centrifuging to crystallize.

The first stage is that, betts are collected and after that, they dirt and rocks in the fabric. The second stage is that, beets are washed by washing mashine. Furthmore it makes cossets especially small pieces of beet. After this stage, they use water to heat it and transform to sugar juice.To this bottle they add milk of lime to clean it.

The seventh stage is that, sugar juice and milk of lime is filtering and it will be pure clean sugar juice. This juice was heated several times to evaporate water.And final step is that, they should centrifuge to crystallize to create sugar.
