The given diagram shows an information about process of how shape of glass containers was made.
Overall, the process involves several stages, starting with the collection of glass waste and ending with the glass containers being collected and distributed for sale.
Firstly, glass waste is collected and then transported to a recycling facility. The glass waste heated in fornace to 105 degrees. The second stage contains pressing the heated material process and then the hot glass poure into mould and pressed into shape. After that, it is transferred into a second mould, where air is blown into it to form a hollow container with thick walls.
Sobsequently, the shaped containers are heated again in a kiln at approximately 482 degrees to strengthen the material. Following this, they are cooled in a cooling chamber at around 25 degrees. Finally, the finished products are inspected, and any defective items are removed and disposed of as waste, while the acceptable containers are ready for use.
