I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet service that i recently subscribed through your internet provider.
Three days ago, i purchased an internet data packages which is 20 GigaBytes for a month with Rp. 75.000. At first the intenet was fine, until this morning i was unable to access the internet. I tought that my internet data packages was run out. Furthermore, after i checked it, there were still 18 GigaBytes remaining quota. As a person who work on social media, this issue had significant impact on my since 80% of my activities are on the internet.
I would appreciate it if you could check what cause this problem and take immidiate action to resolve this issue.
