Dear Sir,
I am writing to inform you the problems that I am facing with the current package for the TV and internet service from your company for the last 2 months. Almost half of the channels initially included in the plan are not available, also the internet speed and range are very poor.
I reached out to your customer service several times in the last 2 months, the last time being Friday, 24th April. I was advised that they would send an agent as soon as possible to fix the issue, but we have not seen anyone so far. I require undisrupted internet service for my work and business, and please include all the channels as promised in the plan so that my parents can enjoy their leisure time.
It has become to a point where I must need immediate action from your side regardless of all the attempts I made to solve this. Failure to address this issue will force me to switch on to the next provider.
