Some individuals believe the most effective source to get the newest information is newspapers due to its dominant position over alternative media formats. I agree that newspapers are reliable and convenient to use everywhere while social media presents fake data and the internet is being a problem in rural areas.
To begin with, newspapers are more reliable than social media. Always the true information is written on them, and gives a chance of being aware of all the latest information. For instance, older generations prefer reading newspapers because the data which is written are always correct. As a result, people can find the most reliable information from newspapers. Conversely, by reading them on the internet, people may believe the fake posts and can be misinformed about policy, religion and others.
In addition, newspapers are very comfortable to find, carry and read. Even in the outskirts, there are some local corner shops where people can buy all the major national newspapers. They do not have any problems with finding them. Accordingly, society can be benefited by this convenience, they can be aware of all the newest information. In contrast, searching them on the internet can be impossible in rural areas because of internet connection. People who live in small villages may struggle with connection when searching from the internet. Finding news from social media is inconvenient in some rural places.
In conclusion, the best choice for getting the most reliable and latest information is newspapers in both urban and rural places, but not social media because of connection problems and unreliable information.
