The major users of fuel are the countries as China, India and rest of Asia over the period. In comparison with the minor consumers as North Africa, Brazil and Latin America the amout is huge respectively. The total result is the same in every year with little changes.

Firstly, India used to waste 740 units while Brazil used 680 less than indians. However the smallest amount of consuption is 4 by North Africa in 2004. Between these countries are stuck Latin America, Indonesia, China etc with 60-489 millions in the beginning of 21th century.
