Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain, for the second time, about the poor condition of the changing rooms at your sports club.

The main problem is that this area is not being cleaned or maintained properly. The floor is often wet and dirty, and there is usually an unpleasant smell near the showers. One of the door locks has also been broken for several weeks, which means that members do not feel comfortable using the room.

I first reported this issue to a member of staff at reception two weeks ago. She was polite and assured me that the problem would be passed on to the manager. However, nothing has changed since then, and the changing rooms are still in the same unacceptable condition.

I would like you to arrange for the changing rooms to be cleaned thoroughly and for the broken lock to be repaired as soon as possible. I would also suggest that staff check this area more regularly in future, so that members can use it safely and comfortably.
