I hope you are doing well. I am writing this epistle to lodge a formal complaint regarding the delivery of my furniture. My name is Manjinder Sekhon, and I came last week to purchase not only a bed but also a sofa set for my home. My order ID is 635277019, and I have made full payment with a debit ending with 5038. The bed size is queen with cream colour and the sofa is 3 piece set with glass table in blue colour.
Primarily, I would let you know the problem that I faced with furniture. Firstly, when the furniture arrived, I was extremely excited because it was my first bed in Canada.Unforunately, everything went terrible when I saw scratches on the bed because the bed did not wrap with paper but when I ordered you promised to provide excellent service. Moreover, the glass of table was also bigger in size as I tried to fix on the table it did not fit well. In fact, the colour of my sofa set was replaced with grey; however, I was selected blue.
Given the circumstance, I would want to either replacement or refund of full amount that I paid with interest. Although I have read ample of positive review about your place, the delivery person and the store staff were very rude when I asked about the defective pieces. Therefore, I would like to recommend giving a training to them regarding better customer services.
