Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you that I faced an unexpected issue with a product the I purchased from your online shop.

Last week, I ordered a red rolling suitcase in size medium that I received today. Unfortunately, the item appears to be damaged since two of the four wheels are completely broken. I would have used this product for an upcoming working trip but due to the damage it is unusable and useless. In fact, in this condition the suitcase has to be lifted in order to be transported which is not convenient and comfortable for long commuting.

This situation has negatively affected me because without a proper luggage I am unable to travel and I cannot afford to buy another one at the moment. I would really appreciate it if you could solve the issue by sending me a replacement as soon as possible.
