Dear Honeybell,

How are you doing today, I am writing to invite you for my party, which will hold on Saturday, 24th June at Lagos Trade Mall in Ikeja.

I have always wanted to reach a milestone in my career. It has been from one level of hard work, dedication and creativity. Recently, there was an opening for the position of a senior manager in my work place. However, after many scrutinization, I emerged as the appointed candidate for this position. Therefore, I decided to host a party with few friends to celebrate my career achievement.

I have organized a three-day event. Firstly, I arranged a spa visit which I believe is important after a long day at work. The next agenda is swimming, so ensure to come with a regalia for this activity. Lastly, the main occasion will take place in the above mentioned location.

I would suggest you travel by train to Lagos because it’s faster and more convenient. I will pick you up at the train station when you arrive. Don’t bother about accommodation, as I have reserved a room for you.
