Dear manager,
I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction about the recent course organised by company. I expected to have a better experience with this training program, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations.
I attended the course three days ago, and I decided to write a sincere feedback. It was about digitalisation and virtual competences. I do not think that this four-days teaching program was useful for employees because it does not contain any essential information.
This type of trainings are not suitable for us, because our work do not require digital skills. We worked for many years without any online experience and I consider that we can still continue to do it.
Another kind of training that would be important for us is how to promote correctly our products. A crucial element for our brand would be the marketing strategy, that is why I suggest you to pay more attention to this field.
