I am writing this letter to request repair service for the printer that we use in our office.
To begin with, I would like to describe the problem that we currently facing with the printer. The issue was founded this morning when I was trying to print some documents, all the texts were very vague and some parts of the documents were completely blank. Therefore, I reviewed the setting menu and checked on how much ink left. Strangely, there were plenty of ink for both black and colored, but when I tried again, the printed documents were still not come out clearly.
Therefore, we require door-to-door service as soon as possible as it is very urgent because we need to use the printer to print a large amount of documents for a international meeting that we will hold in the afternoon at 5 p.m. today.
As we need the print to be fixed as soon as possible, we would like to book the on-site repair service between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
