Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing to request an urgent repair of a printer that is not working properly for couple of days. It is printing too dark, and ink is spreading all over the paper. Although we tried fixing it with the help of the internet, we unabled to repair it. So, it really needs an expert engineer who can find the problem.

As a printer is one of the essential items that is used on a regular basis, and in our company, we have a lot of documents that need to be printed and signed by our manager. So, we cannot imagine a single day without a printer. We are facing many issues due to this problem. We have to go outside to get printouts, and that is really time-consuming.

We want the printer to be repaired as soon as possible, so the best time to visit is this afternoon if you are available, so that we can again start our work smoothly. In case you are busy, you can either come tomorrow morning or call me on 3589125624.
