Dear Mr. Singh,

I am writing to request an urgent repair of printer that is not working properly from couple of days. It is printing too dark and ink is spreading all over the paper. Although we tried fixing it up while taking help from the internet, we were failed. So it really needs an expert engineer who can find the problem.

As printer is one of the essential item that is used on a regular basis, and in our company, we have a lot of documents that need to print and sign by our manager. So we cannot imagine a single day witout printer. We are facing many issues due to this issue, we have to go outside to get the printout, and that is really time-consuming.

We want the printer to be repaired as soon as possible. so the best time to visit is this afternoon if you are available, so that we can again start our work smoothly. In case, you are busy, either you can come tomorrow morning or call me on 3589125624.
