The bar chart gives information about total sales of drug company in 4 different regions ( Asia, European and African, North America and South America) between 2002 to 2006. Units are measured in percentage. Overall, despite rises and drops in European and Africa regions, it maintains the highest proportion of selling drugs.
In 2002, European and Africa proportion accounted for 44 %, nearly half of the total sales. Followed by the second drug company in North America which made up 33 %, whereas Asia and South companies America represent almost identical fractions being the least in trading drug, accounting for 12 and 11, respectively. In both 2003 and 2004, the percentage of total sale of drugs in European and Africa remained stable in 45 %, while proportion of North Africa experienced a gradual drop in 2003 to 28 and in 2004 to 24. In contrast, Asia increased its sales of drug in both years, from 12% in 2002 to 20% in 2003 and by 2 % in 2004, while South Africa remained low percentage 7 % and 6 %, respectively.
With regard to 2005 and 2006, the fraction of the total sales of drug reverted to its initial level of 44 % in 2005 and fell by 4 % in the end of the given year (2006). Whereas, the sales of drug in Asia marginally surpassed the sales of North America in 2005 and 2006.
