Dear shifa,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the inconvinience caused to your Toyota Camry,which I borrowed from you last a week. This incident happend last night , as I was parking the car in front of LuLu Mall, at Alkhwair. The parking spaces were excpetionally tight. as I was reversing the car to park in between the SUV to left and a concrete pillar on the right, suddenly, I misjudged the distance between the pillar and my vehicle, and unfortunately, the car left with noticiable scratch on the paintwork of the back door.

I am truly sorry for this mishap. I am feeling terrible about damaging your car. I know you were very generous regarding me and lended me your valuable things by closing your eyes. I am deeply regreting that my carelessness has caused to this stress and inconvenience.

Well, I am thinking of repainting your card inorder to fade away the scratch. I have already spoken to the local shop, and they are ready to fix the damage this week. I would be happy to buy a rental car for you, while your car will be in the shop. Or if you want to do the repair by yourself with your mechanic then, I will be going to handle the full cost of refurbishing the damage.

Thank you again for your kindness. I am sorry again for letting you down.
