Dear Mr Smith,
I am writing this letter to inform and draw your attention to my decision to move a different property. I kindly acknowledge that although the residency is quite comfort for the living, but it is not spacious enough for my toddler son. He is recently started to walk and even play with balls and toys independently. Because of this I am planning to move a house with a garden to provide him with good stuff to play and entertain comfortablt.
To be more specific, in addition to a garden, a swimming pool and a small area with swings and slides are also desirable facilities to be in the yard. Furthermore, please do not forget to search for the houses with a garage, so I would park my car inside easily.
In terms of our current tenancy, I am ready to pay the entire monthly renting fee to finish our contract. If you wish you can check the quality of the given facilities.
I very much hope that we will start to move a new house as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Alirza Jafarov.
