All university students ought to do some voluntary work to help the local community. I completely agree with this statement. The main reasons are that some work experiences are beneficial to their future and undergraduates will learn ^text{improve} to their communication skills.
There are several reasons why I agree with this statement. One of them is that students gain some very useful experiences. In that, it is possible to gain some experiences from voluntary work even if it seems to be useless. They will participate in various events, for example, where they will be helping others and that will definetely contribute to their future success. Because, being that active in student life is very beneficial as it this will also play one of the most essential role when qualifying. Furthermore, they will that assist others in different people, like someone who is fixing his car or who is preparing stage for rehearsal. By helping others in different spheres of course they gain various and universal experiences. For instance, nowadays, many university and employers require document where they can find that students have been active and participated in several events, and that they have a standard experience. As a consequence, they contribute to their future life and overall well-being.
In addition to gaining some experiences there is another reason why I agree with this statement. Undergraduates upgrade their communication skills. In other words, when volunteers help others they will definitely talk to each other or there will be at least a small default communication. By talking and interacting with different individuals, they learn how to approach them in order to satisfy them, and also they learn how to talk well so that they could leave a pleasant feeling after their assist, and they also partly become a psychologist which is not an unnecessary skill. It’s a case, my ^text{older} sister used to a volunteer and she became really well at communication, she can talk in that way that she can control the conversation, but also give to of partner the freedom and make others like to talk to her. Thus, they develop the skill of good communication skills which is highly demanded in workplaces and business industries.
