First of all, I should say that I'm a big fan of walking. Whenever I get a chance, I go for a walk, whether it's for long or short distances. Now I'm going to talk about my longest walking experience I have ever had. It was about six months ago. I went to the Bajman Mountains for hiking with a couple of my friends, and in the English stands, there is a group guide called the Walking Group, where different people go for hiking in the mountains, and we joined that kind of group. It also gives us an opportunity to make new friends from all walks of life. We had a really nice time while on the road, and when we arrived there, it was about 11 a.m., and we started hiking. At first, I didn't have any difficulty walking because the road was so flat, and it was easy to walk. After walking about one or two kilometers, I felt an ache in my feet, and it was really painful. When I asked for help from our guide, he told me that it was a normal part of walking. At first, it really hurts, but then you adapt to the road environment. And he was right. In the end, I felt really refreshed, as walking gave me an opportunity to clear my mind and reflect on my day. The environment was so soothing, and there were a lot of trees and plants. They also created an opportunity to put my mind at ease. Whenever I feel stressed, I know what to do.
