Well, I am a punctual person and I like to send and receive replies to emails and messages on time. But there are a few instances in my life when I got late replies from others. So here I am going to talk about such an incident when I got a late reply from a renowned company. I remember two months ago, one day I was browsing through the Amazon website and there was a huge discount on ladies' dresses. So I ordered one beautiful dress that looked very bright and eye-catching in pictures. So I ordered that dress at a 10% discount. And when I received the dress, the experience was not up to the mark. The dress was a bit dull in color and also had some holes. So I sent a return request on their website but they cancelled my request. So after that, I wrote them an email including my order number and reference ID, and I also attached a screenshot of my payment. After a week, I did not get any reply. I fell down in the dumps because I was not expecting this behavior from a renowned company. After this, I sent them another email and luckily I got their reply on a reminder email in which they also sent me an apology letter and they approved my return request and as a priority they delivered my new product within two days. So when I checked, that product was beyond my expectations.
