I am a very punctual person and I like to send or receive emails or messages on time. But there are a few times when I received late replies from others. So here I am going to talk about such an incident when I received a late reply from a renowned company. I remember that last year I purchased a Nike brand gift card from Amazon. Actually, that was my first time purchasing a gift card from Amazon, and there was a big discount at the Nike store. In addition, this gift card was offering an additional 15% discount, so I planned to do shopping from Nike. I visited the Nike store and I needed my shopping when I was going to pay. I used that gift card, and it was showing an error, and I couldn't complete my purchase. So I took a photograph of the error and sent an email to Amazon including my order reference number and purchasing details. But after waiting a week, I didn't get any reply. When I sent an email, I got their reply with an apology letter. I don't know what to do.
