So here I am going to talk about such an incident when I got late reply from a renowned company. I bebably remember that two months ago one day I was crawling through Amazon website and there was a huge discount on all the items so I purchased one beautiful dress. When I received my parcel then the product was, product did not meet my expectations. So I put a return request. But when I saw, then the company declined my request. So I wrote an email including my order or reference number and payment details. So after a week I did not get any reply. I was checking my email regularly. I felt frustrated and I also went down in the dumps because it was unexpected to not get any reply from our renowned companies. As I sent a reminder email and luckily I got their reply within one day. They sent me an apology email and helped me to resolve the issue. And they, as a priority, they returned my order within 24 hours and delivered a new product within two days. Initially I was very upset because I did not get a proper assistant from them but when they resolved my issue I was over the moon. So this by the time when I sent message to someone but received late reply.
