Finding a job for young people is so important, because by having a job, you can get so many privilages in daily life. But , the problem is that, nowadays, it is so hard to find a job due to how strict the job market is, and also there are so many people with high education to compare with. That is why, in this essay, I will argue that based on both of the reasons above, I will give some solution for it.
To begin with, education is very important, because it will be the reflection of how well prepared you are mentally and physically in the working field. And thus, to get a job, you should have high education. Because by having higher education, it will dramatically helps you to get through the job opportunity. For instance, when a company opens a job recruitment, you will have better opportunity if you have higher education than the other applicant. Which is why, having a higher education is one of the most important steps to find a job.
However, it is back to how strict the job market is. Because, currently the world population are rising so fast, causing so many people wants to get a job. Which can lead to difficulties on finding a job. That is why, right now we must have wider range of skills to have wider range of job opportunities. Because the greater your individual skills, the greater your job opportunity.
In conclusion, we can’t escape the fact that, to get a job nowadays is very hard. And thus, we should have a better education and also additional individual skills to be able to compete with the other competitor in the job market to have a better opportunities to find a job.
