One of the most disturbing incident which I would like to talk about was when I worked as a member of Aga Khan Economic Planning Board for Sadansar Rastra and at that time I did not receive a reply from one of the members for too long. There was a request made by my national chairman who suggested me to drop an email to one of the national members Shalina about the nail art workshop which has to be conducted in four different districts stating that the program has to be clubbed in one of the districts instead of doing it in a separate manner. I just predicted that the mail could reach her within few seconds and it happened so but the problem was she did not reply to the mail. In the meantime, our team was preparing for social media platforms where we need to put the posters online. Moreover, the team also needs registrations to make the program wonderful. Apart from that, accommodation facilities were already given to the person in charge who was working there since four days. After waiting for five days, she mailed me when I called her several times. In the mail, she texted me that she was not well for six to seven days and that was the reason she could not drop and reply to me. I waited for ten days and then I got to know that her health was not good. Finally, I felt that this kind of communication gap can hamper the work. So one must always be fruitful in the work they do. As a volunteer, I felt that we need to be on time for whatever things we are doing so that we can give our time and effort at the best.
