Qualities play important role in our lives. In few words they are considered as talent, attributes or specialty. Due to qualities a person becomes different from other. Some people believe that successful leaders are born with qualities, while others believe that leadership skills can be learned and developed. In my preferences, anything we can achieve if we don’t have, but if we have this is a Gift from God.
On one hand, people consider and accept that successful leaders are born with certain qualities. Somehow, it is acceptable. They have ability to lead people in every situation of life or in any work. They are broad minded people. Similarly, they got this from their family. Qualities are in their genes. They are so confident and strategy oriented people. They are best in making right decisions. Everybody support them and follow them due to their quality. For Example Steve jobs and Nelson Mandela.
On the other hand, there are people who admit that skills can be learned and developed through experience and training. They develop their confidence level and enhance it. They learn through organization and from their lives. It takes time to be skilled person, but they have to pass through a course or process. Which tend them into a very skilled and proficient person. Such as Richard Branson and Abraham Lincoln.
In conclusion, Skills or qualities are natural as well as man made. In my opinion, I would say that if we don’t have a certain quality we can learn it through our experiences and mentors.
