One time we had a course project in college, and this course project required three people to work on it. My team and I decided to divide the work among us, and at first, we thought we were on the same page regarding what work each member should do. As we were working on the project, I got into an argument with one person who was not delivering the work as it should be. They were not working hard enough. In the end, I managed to work out the places that were missing in their part of the work. I tried to help them with it, and we came to a common ground at the end of the course. We delivered the project and got an excellent mark. This situation really taught me how we should carefully pick people we are comfortable with in a project. And if the team is randomized, like it was in my situation, we should work out our differences from the beginning and have a common understanding of what we expect from each other.
