So far as I can recall the hard time I had while dealing with someone difficult. It was basically my friend Horace back in the university days. We were actually working on rehearsal for the stage play I was assigned the task by my teacher to prepare the dialogues with them and models to make sure that the only characters should have the flow and should learn their dialogues well. So I was basically rehearsing those dialogues with him and the rest of the characters as well. But Haris was too much stubborn to actually listen to direction of Ope in the directions. He was acting like I know it all. So I had to confront him and told him that you are impossible to deal with Because it’s not the dialogue in the delivery and the task assigned to me is basically difficult but the real difficulty comes with your demeanor. You are not serious with it and you are acting like a stubborn person. So it’s really hard to deal with such kind of a person and at the end of the day I told him that you should change your behavior and I gave him a good lecture in a friendly way because he’s my friend and I didn’t want to demean him or embarrass him but at the same time I also make sure that he should realize that he is creating a mess not just for himself but for the other character as well because meanwhile he was wasting time. So that is that’s how I gracefully managed the situation and made him realize that he was committing a major mistake and I’m happy that he realized that.
