One time we had a course project in college and this course project needed three people to work on it. Me and my team, we decided to divide the work between us and at first we thought we were on the same page as of what work each member should do. As we were working on the project, I got into an argument with one person who was not delivering the work as it should be. They were not working hard enough. And at the end I managed to try to work out the places that were missing in their part of the work. I tried to help them with it and we came to a common ground at the end of the course and we delivered the project and got an excellent mark. This situation really taught me how we should really pick people we were comfortable with in T-project. and if the team was randomized like it was in my situation, to work out our differences from the beginning and to have a common understanding of what we expect from each other.
