Dear sir,

I am writing in regards that my company organise my training for two weeks in next month and i need suitable accomodation in your hotel.

Actually, my company sending me in your city for two week training course which is related to my technical studies. However, i will arrived here on 1st october and stay till 15th october. I want all the facilities in that room which include bathroom with shower and one bed for me. The room will be fully air conditioned.

It is important for me to get all the facilities there because i am busy person i donot have much time to request you again and again. After attending face to face class there will online class in evening time so please provide me good quality internet facility. One desk in that room is also needed beacuse i want separate space to attend my class. One and last thing i want the gym included with this to maintain my physical health.

Lastly, please send me billing process of this accomodation in your hotel which include all the facilities that i want in accommodation and also mention the late checkout charges. If your price is reasonable then i book that accommodation online while paying some ammount of money.
