Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am writing this letter to request you to arrange a cafeteria for the staff members in the main building.

I am working with this company from last three years and as a Senior Exective of the company I heard a huge demand of cafe from team members. The reason for that is, all the staff have to go out from the office to grab their refreshments during the office hours. As a result, sometime they got late and received a salary deduction due to late punch.

Moreover, I am having the same feeling that the office building must have a cafe for a small refreshments. However, everyone feels a need of coffee or tea due to long working hours. As per my prespective, a cafe will solve few problems like laziness, and also help to maintain concentrated.

In my opinion, cafeteria should be set up for the office people so that they can enjoy a little snack along with the beverages. Moreover, this thing will keep them more active and well accomplished.
