Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Eating patterns continue to be a controversial topic in the modern world. There are valid opinions on both sides, which I will consider now.

On the one hand, vegetarianism has been famous since ancient centuries. Moreover, many great people did not eat animal’s products. In addition, this eating habits has a lot of advantages. Firstly, physical health is increased, since people’s bodies can manufacture their own proteins and use more carefully, so people can feel more energy. Secondly, vegetarianism is useful for people’s brains, it is connected with the mammal’s digestive system, when we do not eat animal’s proteins and fat, our system digests fluently and a lot of capabilities are kept for mental processes. Thirdly, the amount of animals are grown for people’s meals, what is more, all farms and manufactures leave ecology signs, for instance plastic packages, air pollution and other. Finally, vegetarianism has a lot of positive sides, which is connected with health and less pollution, but there is an opposite opinion.

On the other hand, people are the type of animals, who belong all eaten animals, so meat, animal proteins and fat are necessary for human health and growth. In fact that, experts have researched and discovered that human civilization was built on meat, dairy products and grains, if people have not had these products, they would have died or not development. It is undeniable that, vegetarianism is not the right eating pattern. Besides, food of animals is very important for children’s bodies, as they will have problems with mental and physical development, if they do not eat enough protein. It is understandable that vegetarian has a lot of awful consequences to people’s bodies.

Overall, I feel that eating habits is a complicated question, however, I assume that proteins and human development have a great effect on our quality of life, and we have to eat all the macro and micronutrients needed. Nevertheless, every person should choose the great eating patterns for themselves.
