Overall, these two diagrams have similar causes, including ill health in the group B and stress in the group A as the most outstanding reasons.
The first pie chart illustrates that in the group age from 20 to 40 the most significant root of insomnia is stress with 40%. It is related to the number of work, and pressure that young people faces every day. In addition, this is a reason 29% of drinks and caffeine. These two factors together are taking approximately 70% of all reasons. Then depression and environmental factors both contribute 20% and the remaining 10% is medication and ill health.
The second chart shows that in the group age between 60 and 80 ill health is the most common cause with 31%. Comparing with the first diagram it has equal percentage of environmental factors, however other differs from it. On the contrary stress is the rarest reason with 8%, and the second highest is medication with 20%. Then depression and drinks together take up to 31%.
